Orders and prices The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation e-mail. All prices include VAT. The shipping cost is shown in the cart before you order.

Payment You can pay by card or PayPal (unpaid orders are cancelled after 2 h), by bank transfer (payment due within 5 days of the order) or on pickup at the salon, depending on the methods offered. Part of the amount can be paid with a gift card or loyalty points.

Delivery and pickup You can pick up products at the salon or have them delivered to your address. We ship once payment is received; the delivery time and tracking number are sent by e-mail.

Right of withdrawal (returns) You can return products bought online within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products must be unopened and undamaged (for hygiene reasons opened cosmetic products cannot be returned). Send your request with the form on the Returns page or by e-mail. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer; we refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products, using the same payment method or to your IBAN.

Complaints If a product is faulty or not what you ordered, write to us at Send us an e-mail. We handle complaints in line with consumer protection law and reply within 15 days.

Privacy We use order data only to process and deliver the order and to issue the invoice.
